Bio

Christian W. Schnepf is a nomadic sociologist, speaker, and developer of the Science of Good Times.

He advocates for a world in which the conscious pursuit of Good Times becomes the priority in human decision-making. His work combines sociology with insights from psychology, philosophy, evolutionary biology, and related disciplines to explore how people can intentionally design lives they genuinely love.

Christian is the creator of the Good Time Ratio (GTR), a culture-independent life-satisfaction metric grounded in the universal principles of attraction and aversion, and the Good Time Framework, a practical model that helps individuals and organizations systematically improve life quality.

His perspective has been shaped by years of living across cultures and sociological Ph.D. research at Shanghai University. Rather than viewing wellbeing as a consequence of success, his work argues that it is the driver behind all human efforts and should become the primary objective guiding personal, organizational, and societal decisions.

Christian has been featured on international stages and media platforms, including TEDx, China Daily, and China Central Television.

At the core of his work lies one question:

How can we maximize Good Times?
